Why do I have to enter an access code to request my user data?

This access code, known as a CAPTCHA, is made up of random numbers and letters that are displayed in a distorted graphic and cannot be read by machine. CAPTCHA is an acronym for Completely Automated Public Turing test to tell Computers and Humans Apart.
We use CAPTCHAs to ensure that user data has been requested by a human. Automated requests for your user data can be prevented with this mechanism.

If you are unable to read a CAPTCHA, just reload the page, and you will see a new CAPTCHA that you can enter. A new one will also be displayed if you made an error entering the CAPTCHA.
