You can also send us cash by mail. As soon as you have placed your order, you will receive an e-mail with detailed instructions on where to send the cash.

Products to be delivered electronically are generally available for delivery immediately following receipt of payment or within 48 hours. Physical delivery of products are initiated immediately following receipt of payment in most cases.
